AA is not bad. But I would like a TV by my seat to watch some shows rather than watch a TV above me. My favorite is Etihad Airways. I hate Air India, Air Koryo, and Emirates Airlines. Say I owned a UAE based carrier. I would put an advertisement on the airline on one of it's planes saying "Emirates sucks"

I can understand why AA was so poor - I travelled all across the States with them last year over 6 weeks and they were delayed many times and some (not all) of their customer service staff were clearly not up to the job and quite rude. Might try Delta next time - just won't take a pet lol.

Our nation as a whole is becoming more crooked. Our political leaders are less concerned about walking uprightly and seem unconcerned when their dishonest ways are exposed. It's no surprise that our airlines "lose" so much luggage. I haven't flown in years, because I want to keep my luggage.
