Marketing is becoming the profession of not researching your customers and breaking them into simple groups anymore, but listening to what they say, inviting criticism and communicating by the media the customers choose. My favourite company can try to reach me by tv ads all they want but I don't watch tv anymore. Ask me what I think and you'll get my attention.
