My first time in a Porsche was at 8 years old. New guy came to church, had a 911. He saw me looking, and asked if I wanted a ride. I did valet for years, drove many exotics (quite hard) at autocrosses, but nothing I've ever driven has the magic a 911 has. Something about it got under my skin, and to this day, I'm halfway through the first decade standing between me and my own 911. Porsche, live long and never change.
