The least you could do is "do your best" in making him better. If my child fell from a high rise building I would be slammed into prison and tried by a court for neglect and probably some sort of manslaughter charge. I would deserve every finger pointing and criticism imaginable. That's because if a child falls from a balcony, then they weren't being adequately and responsibly taken care of to begin with.
