Careful what you wish for. The whole "crash and get hurt" thing was annoying as hell in Mafia2. Every time we try a Stunt Jump we'll die. :P Also i see how getting shot so many times and looking perfectly fine is unrealistic, maybe they can incorporate some sort of limp or something.
