oki moreo details is like i have used flucort=h as a cream which is very helpful in glowing and whitening of my skin but after i stop using it..its effects start decreasing..so i want a permanent solution..iam only 23..and flucort h is if we use it always has a side effect of pimples..hey is it oki if we talk on email?my email is sid_daniel2000@yahoo.com and i want my skin to be fair with clear skin and if its possible glow.i dont have any other problem with my skin.love you sweetheart.bye.subin

Nay...plain, unsweetened yogurt. Make sure there are no other ingredients except the cultured milk (it may say cultured milk or it will say milk and list the bacteria strains). ~Steph x

@myEyeShadownisloose There's lots of recipes out there online and in books -- it's vegetable juice. For instance, you can juice spinach, cucumber, and apple together -- amazing for your skin and tastes good (you wouldn't think so, but it's yummy). ~Steph x
