At least in Finland, you aren't allowed a credit card which allows online purchases until 18 years of age. At age of 16, you can get a credit card to take up cash from a bank/those devices on the wall(idk what you call them lol). I'd assume the law is the same in other (European) countries aswell.

The Witcher 2 discussion on it being 18+ affecting the sales is just weak in my opinion, look at the millions and millions of copies other 18 rated games sell. How do they do it? Parents do buy 18 games for their children without thinking twice (most of the time), also if your 16 and get a credit card, you can buy anything off amazon or online stores thats over your age.

Well. The screen can also be used for photography. But not with the using of changing the background in a computer. It can also just be used as normal background.
