The newest version of the Mad Force Kruiser features upgrades that take the already popular Mad Force to a new level of performance. The truck features the same realistic solid axles that are similar to that which is used in real monster trucks. The chassis is a little longer and the ride height is a little lower to increase down travel over the big bumps, and also stay low so you can hug the insides of the tight corners. The axles feature competition-proven differentials orginally developed in the World Champion Inferno series off-road racing cars. They get the power to the big chevron-type tires. The new and extremely powerful KE-25 takes all previous Kyosho engines to the water shed, easily topping the performance of the previous .28-size engine. It features agressive porting and ABC construction that produce much more horsepower, but the slight reduction in displacement makes it more fuel efficient for longer run times. An important feature of the new engine and chassis configuration is that more standard hardware is used on and around the engine, so engine changes and other modifications are more simple. The KE25 features a standardized racing rear exhaust flange that is compatible with all types of competition exhaust systems, so there hundreds of racing exhaust systems that will fit the engine, and many engines that will fit the standard exhaust. The standard exhaust is, however, anything but standard. It features a lightweight racing exhaust header that couples to a lightweight aluminum tuned pipe that enhances the power and efficiency of the engine to an even greater level. A small diameter flywheel keeps the engine low on the chassis for reduced CG, and a new racing-inspired three shoe clutch is standard, which gives this newest Mad Force even greater launch power than ever. The wheeliies are EFFORTLESS. The big clutch bell drives the three-speed automatic transmission, one of the only monster trucks to include this feature. It gives the Mad Force KT-200 model great power from and standing start, AND big top end that easily tops 40 mph (65 kph) without and gimmicks, option parts or aftermarket purchases. It goes this ast right out of the box. The engine is mounted using standard big-block engine mounts. This means the customer can change to just about any big block engine on the market and not have to purchase any additional items for installation. Just remove the running gear from the included engine and install it on most aftermarket engines with ease. Not that the standard engine needs replacing, because the KE25 has RIDICULOUS power, but it's good to know that you can install any engine you desire. The KT-200 radio is a very long-range 2.4 GHz radio system that eliminates the need to manage radio frequencies. The versatile radio system features all the trim settings and other adjustments that are commonly used in nitro powered vehicles, so there are no sacrifices in performance and functionalty by using the included radio. High-torque, metal gear KS-200 servos are factory installed for both the throttle and steering, making the servos much stronger than in previous versions of the Mad Force. Last but not least a new color scheme on the 50's style pick-up body that distinguishes this latest version as the meanest, baddest Mad Force ever. Less
