aveeno isn't natural at all. if you read the ingredients list its full of chemicals including parabens. I thought it was natural when i first caught the skincare bug but now i really despise brands like that for marketing themselves as natural but are full of toxic chemicals in them.

Argan oil is a great option, particularly for oily and oily/normal combo skin. However, everyone is different and it may not be the ideal oil for you. If you are getting a reaction, it may be from the oil or it may be from something else like a hand wash, hand sanitizer, food or animal that you touched that you may be allergic/sensitive to, or another skin care product. Investigate. ;) ~Steph x

Nope. All the varieties I have tried end up clogging my pores and/or drying my skin out, unfortunately. I only apply it if I'll be out in the sun all day. I do not concern myself with incidental sun exposure during the day since I want that vitamin D. However, for long drives I am happy to have UV-blocking super dark tint on my car. For sun damage prevention, I take fish oil and drink matcha green tea, as well as eating a grain-free antioxidant-rich diet. ~Steph x

Yep, just at night. No, I don't look tired in the morning, unless I had a bad night's sleep or something. I workout in the morning, so if I'm feeling tired or anything, it gets all the blood flowing and makes you look and feel great. A lotion mask is like a toner or serum (not a lotion like we think of) soaked in cotton pads and applied to the face. Details are in Saeki's book and on the web. Hope that's helpful! ~Steph x

Unfortunately, Neutrogena products aren't natural. You could try other brands that are natural that have great products for oily skin. ARCONA, Sophyto, 100% Pure, Skin Apotheke, and SIRCUIT, just to name a few. ~Steph x

I know that you have dry skin, but for others like me who have oily skin and like to go the natural route, I would definitely recommend neutrogena purifying pore scrub, I am very impressed as it has greatly reduced my breakouts and makes me nice and glowy
