I will never forgive her for saying that they're the true epic love story of the show lol. How can she say that when the MAJORITY of fans prefer Delena. Even if Stefan and Elena are endgame(boring and predictable) I don't know why she felt the need to say that. It takes the whole not-knowing-who-she's-gonna-end-up-with excitement out of the show.

I seriously hope they won't follow the regular 'plot recipe' and have D and E get together for one or two eps, only to put S and E back together again simply because they're the ones who were together first and 'should' be together... *gag* Once D has matured, he and E would be SO much better together than SxE! Not only 'cause S is boring and it would be Screamingly obvious if they ended up together 'forever and ever', but also because D and E have such a connection on so many levels.. :}

Great... as a Brucas fan from One Tree Hill and now Delena fan on TVD, I'm not too excited about "the other couple" being the epic and destined-to-be couple. Ugh.

I totally agree that it would be so annoying if Elena fell for Damon too soon. I want them together but now would be stupid.

I think she either meant the ending as in the season 1 finale where we really see Damon's feelings for Elena or she meant the end of the series like over the course of the whole show and not just season 2- there will be many many more seasons then just 2- look at the other CW shows, One Tree Hill, Supernatural etc. are all going on like what, 8 seasons now? this will probably go on for a long time

i don't know why she keeps mentioning the series ending, but season 2 is definitely not the last season. the cw confirmed that there would be at least 6 seasons- unless the ratings or something completely drop before then :P
